Q: What if I have questions prior to submitting information to caféHydrate? A:
Just shoot us an email using the contact form
and we’ll get right back to you.
Q: What if some of the information about my product changes or is incorrect? A: Use the contact form and let us know the changes. We’ll verify the change with the initial contact of the product submission form and if confirmed, we’ll make the change in time for the next update.
Q: My product is not listed in your App, how do I get in there? A: If your product isn’t listed in our App, it’s an easy process to get in! Please go to the product submission form to get started. We will have you in the App in time for the next update.
Q: Why do I need to fill out the Product Submission Form for every product my company produces? A: Often, the minerals and specification are different for each product. For example, the sparkling version of a product may have more minerials than the still version of that same product. We just want to get everything right for the consumer. Each product will show up separately when searched in the app as well. If you have different flavors of the same product, that’s OK for the same form. Just indicate all the flavors in the Any Elements Added area in section four. Newer web browsers should pre-populate many of the items you just typed the first time around.
